Calm your Anxiety
When you are dealing with anxiety it can help to have a few different skills you can use to manage your symptoms. You may have a favorite technique that you regularly turn to or you may find that on different days you need different techniques. Journaling, doing art, talking to friends or family, and taking a walk can all be helpful to help you to feel better. You may even find other things that help you to manage and process your anxiety. Try a few things out, test them for a few weeks, then decide if it has been helping you and whether you want to continue to use the skill. Most importantly don’t give up, anxiety is treatable and you can find what works for you.
