Meditation
Meditation is something you can do anywhere, anytime no equipment needed. Anyone can learn the basics in a short period of time and it can quickly begin to show positive effects on your mood and life.
An easy method to get started is to find a quiet space and focus on your breathing. Release everything else from your mind, if you find your mind wandering bring it back to focusing on your breathing. This may be hard at first but as you practice it will help you to be more calm, focused, and able to redirect your mind away from your worries.
